"Excellent service. Was a pleasure to work with. Installed exterior door. Arrived on schedule. Cleaned up. Would definitely hire again and plan to soon for other exterior carpentry needs."

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"Richard was very customer focused. Very efficient, very accommodating and most important VERY Patent to my needs/Changes to drawings. Very quick turnaround on my particular project. His 3D Drawings helped to show what the interiors would look like as well as exteriors. Very helpful for customers that need a Real Time Visual other than your basic Blueprint drawings that are also included. He responds back to you quickly and updates you with drawings as you move through your project. Very helpful and thinks outside of the box. I would recommend his services if your looking for a more personalized Architect. Cost will vary on size and type of Project. My cost for what I needed is listed in this review."

"Billy was one of several contractors I contacted for quotes; his price was on par with a few other builders we contacted. The other contractors I had come out for quotes were a bit pushy in their sales pitch and tried hard to upsell me on composite decking, rail systems, and lots of other work. However, Billy was very relaxed, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and didn't push anything beyond what I was asking for.
He arrived on the date work was scheduled to start and completed it in about 4 days. It probably would have taken much less time but the weather was very unforgiving and that forced him and his crew to stop early a couple days. However, they were here about 7AM every morning, were very friendly and professional, and didn't leave any kind of mess.
The final cost was a few dollars under his original quote.
The new deck looks great and we have no complaints.

"They were excellent. Jim and crew were very good. Every place he sent me to from tile to back splash was very good. Jim was very good at communicating with me so I knew what was going on. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Redman Construction Inc."

"Just wanted to share how DiOrio Builders and Designers completely fixed a roofing issue that had been causing minor leaks for years, and grown worse in the past winter. These guys are elite yet ethical contractors, because they don’t shy away from getting to the root of the problem even if it turns out be labor intensive, or technical to fix. DiOrio Builders and Designers were willing to fully peel back the layers, do the detective work needed to find the issues, and they were honest with me about what needed to be done. I really appreciate that DiOrio didn’t try to skip steps or find a shortcut. All problems underneath the shingles are now fixed. They placed porch roof shingles on neatly, and the new shingles shine next to the older house roof! 5 out of five for this job!"

"I had water damage in my townhouse, so this was both a mold remediation and renovation project (involving mainly the master bath and garage). US Propaint was referred to me by a neighbor who had similar work done. JR and Laura were very nice to work with, and all of the guys he sent over were courteous and did an excellent job. I appreciated how the project stayed within budget and was completed in a reasonable amount of time."

"Our garage door motor fell from the ceiling of the garage, blocking access and disconnected the power. Guys from Braintree Garage Door figured out how to gain access, re-install the motor with a strong bracket to prevent future problems, lubricated wheels on the track, and ensured all mechanisms worked fine. Our door system is old but still serviceable, said the Pro!"

"Pedro renovated about 80% of our 1890s 5-bedroom Victorian home. The work was uniformly excellent and completed on schedule, despite the interruptions caused by the early phases of the pandemic. Pedro is an absolute pleasure to work with, and he maintained excellent relationships with us, the architect, and his subcontractors. His estimate was reasonable as were the change orders. We were lucky to find him!"

"Effective and good job. Hiring them for more handyman service."
