This was not a simple refresh — it involved removing an existing hot tub, renovating a cabana, reworking the deck framing to convert it into a single-level deck, installing a new staircase, and adding a cable rail system. Every aspect of the project was approached with precision and care, and the finished product is without flaw. They were easy to work with from start to finish, handling decisions and mid-project modifications thoughtfully and professionally. The whole crew was consistently approachable and friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. Daily cleanup was always done well, which we especially appreciated since we had a puppy at the time. Liam was clearly very knowledgeable, and his workmanship in both bathrooms was impeccable. He answered all my questions, had great suggestions and was very responsive whenever I needed to contact him. The demo in the master was completed in a day, and the guys cleared everything after they finished. The tile work was meticulous and just beautiful. I highly recommend Liam Neary Construction."

In spite of this we chose US ProPaint and Renovation because JR explained all the work that would be done to demolish our wooden deck and replace it with trex decking. The other builders who gave us estimates did not spend as much time, or explain what they would do to complete the work we wanted.; and their estimates were lower in cost, but not a whole lot less. Once we committed to have US ProPaint and Renovation work for us, the work began very quickly. JR told us the work would commence in 2 weeks. They actually started earlier than that. 3 men worked long hours, typically 8:30 am to 7 pm each day in some pretty warm and humid weather. They were courteous and kept me informed on what they were going to accomplish on any given day. We were completely satisfied with the work and how the deck ended up. We will hire them again for other projects."

First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up.
