"They were excellent to work with giving us a complete detailed estimate for each of our 3 projects including all of our allowances. Including agreed upon payments schedules for each. They communicated schedules and any adjustment to those schedules, which were all minor. They cleaned at the end of each day of work to keep the dirt down to a minimum. It was a challenging job because of a low ceiling and other problems, but Todd came up with innovative solutions for all of the hurdles we ran into. This is the second project that Todd has handled for us, and we feel very fortunate to have found him. His workmanship is outstanding, he listens patiently to our questions and preferences, and he goes out of his way to make sure we are happy. His fees are also very reasonable. Although they were very professional, their quote was literally double for the same job. When we got such a high number back from them, I immediately started calling around to try and get a frame of reference of what the work typically costs. 128 plumbing got back to me immediately to schedule an inspection, while every other company I called either didn't get back to me at all or responded after I had already had 128 out for their quote and hired them. They were on time, communicative, professional, and I felt very comfortable giving them my business. I would never have hired any company before hearing from other, even if I had to wait, if I had not been totally convinced that they would complete the job professionally. They followed through, and even though I hate having to write checks, it was money very well spent. I will use them in the future and recommend them highly."

Later, (that same evening) he emailed a written estimate for us to look over and sign in order to schedule our job asap. The job was scheduled quickly (within days) and the install went very smoothly. The small cut-outs in the sheetrock they needed to remove for wiring the outlets were very cleanly cut and repaired with care. Our TV looks great and the electricians were very pleasant and professional. They even had patience with our kids and two dogs in our busy home!
