Quality outfit

I called this contractor on a Wednesday and spoke to him about the job. He said he was on the road and would call me back later or on Thursday. He never called. I called him on Friday and left him a message. He never called me back. Horrible customer service. If he was not interested in my business or is too busy, just tell me. I am glad he is position to turn away work for him, not for me. He needs to work on his customer service.
