Very professional operation. Appointments are made and confirmed by a professional staff. The team that came out was very knowledgeable, did good work and cleaned up everything. They did what they said when they said they would do it. I have a ton of work I want them to do now and am happy I found them!

Ceiling Fan - Install
I tried another company and they came out to house to look at the job. But they never sent an estimate! So after calling them 2x and waiting months. I started looking again, I couldn't be happier with the great service I got from Mr. Deao and his crew. The service was great, And their crew cleaned up after themselves without me asking. And the work price was way less than the other company who finally sent their estimate ( by over $1000. ) I will be using his company again and will be happy to tell all my friends.

Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
I had recently put in a the request on Angi to have both my service panel and meter box upgraded. My existing panel and exterior box had been overdue for an upgrade. Deao Electric responded shortly after.. Chris Deao worked out a start time that was very convenient and a quick turn around. Jamie and Harry came over on the scheduled date fully prepared and ready to go. They were very professional and experienced. Those guys really knew their stuff!! The communication was good and they explained what I needed to be code compliant. During completion, they had noticed an issue on the service provider street side and coordinated with the service provider to get it resolved. They stayed at the job site to ensure power was fully restored and everything was verified to be safe..!

They were prompt in contacting and scheduling. 2 electricians for a small job. Apparent MIScommunication despite speaking with the office twice and just 24 hrs. prior to the appointment. Charged for 2 hrs. work--including hanging the tv mount (and TOO high!) and attaching the mount to the tv.---which was NOT a part of my request (why would anyone pay electricians rates for this?) Paid nearly twice my anticipated costs

On June 21st, one of our Journeyman Electricians and his Apprentice performed the following electrical services: -Run new feed -Install recessed TV outlet -Mount TV to wall. I see you were charged for two hours of labor, which included travel time to the job site (industry standard), as well as $50.00 for materials used. If there was an issue with the height of the TV mount, our crew would have gladly adjusted it per your specifications. This was not brought to their attention at install time. Deao Electric takes pride in our exceptional track record for customer service, fair pricing, and fast service. I'm sorry we fell short of your expectations, and hope you will give us another chance next time you are in need of service."

The two man team, was timely , very professional. They addressed every electrical issue and resolved all of them. Jamal ensured the project was completed to my satisfaction and did an excellent job in cleaning up the work areas. Would use and highly recommend them for all electrical projects!

Harry, the more experienced, was most efficient and explained things not only to me, but was an excellent teacher from what I saw to his apprentice and a great mentor. Deao Elec. is very lucky they found him. Josh is also a good worker and good with the client.
