While he was here, I asked him to take a look at the toilet, which was not flusing properly. He was able to order a replacement flush handle from the manufacturer at no cost and once it arrived, he came back and installed it for no additional charge. All in all, a very good experience. They arrived when they were supposed to, finished the job when t hey said they would, cleaned up when they were done and charged a fair price for the work.
