"Tyler and Dan with TMP Property Maintenance do not mess around. They worked with me to decide on a renovation strategy that saved me money from what I originally had in mind. A service, will work with them again and refer them to others."

"I was nervous about the cost of the fence and the quality of the work, because we live in a high granite area and it can be a real challenge to dig holes deep enough for the fence posts. I was also nervous about writing a check for 60% of the project before the work had started. ALL of my concerns were put to ease when I hired Wladimir. Not only was the work completely custom done in a beautiful manner, but his professional demeanor and personable nature made him a pleasure to work with. He worked super hard and clearly takes pride in his work. The cost was nearly half of what Home Depot had quoted me. My neighbor was so thrilled with the fence that he hired Wladimir to do his yard too! I highly recommend him."

"Cameron showed up right on time, measured and marked off the site and went to work. Excavated the site, spread and leveled 5 yards of 3/4? stone. The Reeds Ferry foreman complimented Cameron?s work. I have more work to do and Cam and his excavator can do the heavy lifting. Highly recommend Cameron."

Small jobs welcome

"I called Marlon on a Tuesday night and told him it was going to be a tough job and would require a few people. He said no problem and showed up the next morning at 9:30 with 2 other guys and cleared everything in 1h20m and there was a 500lb cast iron tub, 7 radiators, a fridge that we needed to bring over the balcony, and a bunch of debris. Couldnt be happier with the service."

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

Land surveys are worth it in several scenarios including selling your home, building an addition, constructing a fence, or making major changes to your landscape. A professional land survey can help you avoid legal issues with your neighbors and confirm the value of your property. In many cases, you may be required to order a land survey to receive a construction permit or mortgage loan.

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

Property lines, building locations, and potential encroachments are mapped.

Several government-backed lending programs can help first-time home buyers purchase a home with little money down. FHA, USDA, and VA loans are options for qualifying borrowers, though many conventional mortgage lenders will lower down payment rates to as low as 3 percent.

Building a road on a slope requires careful planning and will normally require a drainage system underneath to prevent flooding and damage to the road over time. Your professional may lengthen your road to create switchbacks if the slope directly to your home is too steep, as there are regulations for maximum road slope. The drainage system will help prevent runoff from the higher side of the slope from damaging the asphalt or concrete. Keep in mind that building a road on a slope isn’t a good DIY project, as a lot can go wrong.
