He said no problem and showed up the next morning at 9:30 with 2 other guys and cleared everything in 1h20m and there was a 500lb cast iron tub, 7 radiators, a fridge that we needed to bring over the balcony, and a bunch of debris. We agreed on a date and Scott and two other men arrived promptly at 8:30 to begin the job. They worked very hard all day and did everything they said they would. An unexpected problem arose and we negotiated a reasonable compromise. They finished the job around 5:30 and the basement was even cleaner than when they began the job. A few tests of the new system demonstrated that it was working as planned. We feel confident that we have addressed the issue and confident that we could call Scott if a problem arose again."
