"Our refrigerator started warming up on December 31. I frantically called a number of appliance repair companies, most were either already closed for New Years or were not scheduling service call until well into January. The one exception was Edgeworth Appliance. I left a message and Cameron got back to me quickly. Although he wasn't able to come out that day (or obviously New Years day), he promised to come out first thing on Saturday January 2. Cameron did everything perfectly from a customer service perspective. He gave me a narrow time window in which he would come, told me that he would call when he was about 30 min from arriving, and most importantly, he followed through. Moreover, I have an unusual name, and Cameron made the effort to learn how to pronounce it correctly, and actually remembered even days later. When he arrived to the house, he was very polite and efficiently diagnosed the problem, gave me an accurate and very reasonable quote, ordered the part, provided a temporary fix so that we could continue to use the refrigerator, cleaned up after himself, told me approximately when he would return to finish the repair, and promised to call to confirm the day and time. And he didn't expect any payment until the job was complete. A couple of days later, he gave me a call back to let me know that he had the part, set up a time to return and promised he would call prior to arriving. Again he followed through exactly and competed the repair quickly. I always dread having to call for appliance service, not knowing if I will be ripped off or left waiting hours for a service technician to arrive or wondering if the repair was done correctly. I can honestly say that working with Cameron was the most pleasant experience related to an appliance or home repair that I have ever had in over 30 years of home ownership.show more

"Mike was great. He was courteous and polite. They were suppose to remove the dishwasher as well, but Mike was alone, but he informed me that he will arrange for pickup to remove the old dishwasher on another day. I paid in full for the service which included removal. Thinking in the back of my mind, that they won't come back. (Unfortunately it happens sometimes with other companies). A few days later, Mike and his co-worker came back to pick up the old dishwasher. I would absolutely hire this company again, and recommend it to anyone who needs any repairs.show more

"very well - it was a bit of a drawn out process, since we had to have inspectors involved, but Natalie waited here while I had to go run an errand. Bill knew what he was doing and it's been working great! A couple years ago i had them come out and look at the air conditioner. They did a through inspection and couldn't find anything wrong. "I believe most people would agree we live in a throw-away society. This is especially true for electronics and gas grills. Where you can normally get 5 -10 years from electronics this is usually not true for grills because grills are outside and exposed to the elements. It can be as short as 2 - 3 years. This was my case when my grill, made by a reputable manufacturer, started showing signs of wear just short of three years from purchase. Knobs were not working, one burner was not firing and the starter was inconsistent, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. In frustration I did a search for "Grill Repairs" on Angies List and a company named Mr. Grill came up. I contacted and the owner Chris reached out to me and set up an appointment. The technician came and went right to work and in the end I could not be happier. Everything was fixed and was running as if brand new. I would not say the Grill looked like it just came out of the showroom but it was pretty close. So if your grill is looking tired reach out to them, you will be glad you did.show more

"Once again, great job by the electricians from Casello. The job was done in two parts: initial wiring and then finishing. Casello sent two guys for the initial work; we had a repeat visit from Nick and one new guy. They worked most of the day and got the job done, adding wiring for four recessed lights, two floodlights, removing an old exterior light, and adding 4 new outlets (one on the exterior of the porch). They didn't get in the way and I hardly knew they were there. Cleaned up after themselves as usual. Tidy and excellent work. <br /> On the second trip, they did the finishing work, adding the actual outlets and recessed lights. Everything worked as expected and we were very pleased with the outcome. The final wiring inspection took place and we passed, as expected. One very minor thing: they forgot to add the new circuit to the list in our box and the wiring inspector made a comment but didn't fail us, so make sure if you have similar work done you ask them to add the new service to the list of circuits. <br />show more
