They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. "He came to pesticide  for carpenter ants and to examine the place and propose rats control treatment. At the end of the day I didn't need the the rats control and no charge was made. However the problem was that the price I was quoted for the rats control was $150 for the first treatment and $45 for each consecutive visit. The gut that came in said it was $350 for the first treatment and $60 thereafter.
This is completely unacceptable and unreliable and it left me really angry for being scammed into it.
Again, it was not needed after all, but still unacceptable.

"Had a bird's nest under a built in AC unit. They were very careful to relocate the nest(had baby birds) and the parents were not disturbed by the change in location. All "nooks and crannies" were sealed with spray foam. Done in 2015. Birds returned in 2016, but couldn't get in!! Peace and quiet."
