Not a big deal. But later, when it was determined that I needed some repair work on the system, they were difficult to reach. They took my number down wrong at first. But even after calling several additional times with my correct number, they still took several weeks to get back to me. If the toilet is overflowing but there’s no clog, that’s a sign that the issue is deeper in the system, and plunging may not help. A blockage in your home’s plumbing, the plumbing vent, or even city sewer lines can cause toilets to overflow.
