"Went great. Sales rep showed up very quickly after I called to request a bid. There was no hard-selling, no pushing of products I didn't need or want, just full information and a very reasonable price. They sent a second guy out to recheck the measurements before ordering the windows - he showed up exactly on time, finished his business quickly, and left. The subcontractor who installed the windows came well within the specified time range, protected the flooring appropriately, and replaced the windows complete with finishing the project with white caulking, and cleaning up completely afterward. "My first impression of Robert was really good, he explained everything well and followed up in a timely manner. He was the cheapest quote I had all for the same services and used the same high quality shingle as most of the other quotes I had. Robert specifically told me to do my due diligence and get a second and third quote and never bugged me before I called him which I really liked. Robert does not use subcontractors so I trusted everyone there enough to allow them access to my home while I was gone at work for the day. Robert wasn't on the job all day but the lead on site was Nick and he was very friendly and answered all my questions. The roof looks spectacular and the cleanup was far better than most contractors I have had work at my house recently. The end result was fantastic and I literally cannot think of one bad thing to say about them. OH! he offers a 5% discount to military and veteran's which was huge for me and I really appreciate the  discount in appreciation of our service.

We did some plumbing and electrical work and the guys that worked for him were great. I called them back, too, to do a lot bit of work for me. It was a good deal. "Richard and his crew at NE Renovations were outstanding. We are first time home owners and needed some renovation work done prior to moving into our house. Richard gave us a competitive bid and worked with our tight timeline (we were in a sublet while renovations took place). NE renovations finished on time and on budget. This seems to be rare in the renovation/contracting world based on many stories I have heard from friends who are homeowners.

Richard and his crew were understanding and accomodating after we changed our mind several times about paint colors and floor stain. Some of his family members work on his crew so I felt like there was good communication between him and the crew when he wasn't on site. Richard was easily reachable by phone or email and is willing to say when things are going well on the project or when there are unanticipated challenges that need to be dealt with. I feel like he is a good guy and an honest contractor who cares about the work the he and his crew does. I think the price was good - perhaps I could have saved a little if I had hired subcontractors on my own, but the value of having the whole project done in a coordinated way and on time was key for us. We plan on using NE Renovations for additional remodeling projects in the future."
