Two weeks later, Birch Hill returned, checked out the attic, and removed the bat extraction tube on the roof, and put the finishing touches on sealing up the exit hole. SUCCESS. "Over 5 months paid over $1,500 to Catseye not one mouse was caught, nor did they take any bait. We still see mice periodically in the house, which was the reason we called them. Their service failed to achieve any measurable results and no refund for poor performance was offered and I was still charged the cancelation fee to end the contract early. Technicians who visited monthly were pleasant and professional but ultimately was a giant waste of money for the tech to place out traps/bait stations and stuff some holes with steel wool. Not really sure what the high-end price was for as there was nothing cutting edge or advanced in what they did. Monthly service visits last roughly 15-20 minutes I would say on average. Again all the technicians were pleasant and professional and the folks on the phone were the same they just would not budge on a refund and still charged the cancelation fee. I would look elsewhere unless your home is new enough construction to use the exclusion system which I did not get due the age of my homes foundation."
