Chryel came to give us an estimate and took 2 of our broken screens with her to repair. Chyrel was scheduled to come to our home on Monday at 3:00. At 3:40 I texted her because she still hadn?t shown up. She said she was still running an hour late at the job she was at. She told me when she was done that job she would text me and we could reschedule a different day. She did not text me back Monday to reschedule. I texted her on Wednesday stating that I no longer wanted her services to clean my windows but I wanted my screens back. I texted her again on Friday and she told me she had a chiropractor appointment and she would return the screens at approximately 6:30 that night. No screens were delivered. At 11:15PM that night she sent me a text stating she will be passing through at 7:45 for sure. Why she is texting a customer at 11:15PM is beyond me? She did return the screens after multiple attempts to get them back to us. Very disappointed. Unreliable and not trustworthy.

I would not recommend this business. I hired this person to wash all of the exterior windows of my house. Her quote was based on hand-washing the windows and because of that, she said the work would take all day. However, she arrived with a machine, which I did not realize right away, and did the windows in a quarter of the time I had paid for. She said they had all been washed but as soon as I walked inside I realized many were never done. I pointed them out, she seemed surprised she had missed them, and ultimately washed them. She also had to re-wash many window panes. Later, I found two other windows that also had not been done and many windows panes that had not been done well; there are streaks across each of them. I asked her to come back; she argued everything was done sufficiently. There were other issues as well and I expressed frustration about them too. Ultimately, she gave me a full refund but I was frustrated by the entire experience and would not recommend working with her.

Had a window cleaning job that I thought might be too small - this company responded quickly to my inquiry and fit me into their schedule sooner than promised. The worker was pleasant and professional and my windows are sparkling!

Business practices are questionable. We were quoted a price of $2/window to scrape, scant, and thinly layered paint left over from our house being painted. We had a fee of $8 .00 (4 windows), yet on day of cleaning we were told we needed to pay an additional $50.00 for scrapping. We only had a total of 7 windows with this paint. When we brought this up, we were told that she (owner and window cleaner) never looked at the invoice. Why write one? We followed up with message stating that we did not want the money back and that we also did not want further communication. Yet, not only did the owner continue to contact us, she showed up on our door step and still continued to contact us. Again, business practices are questionable. The work done was above average, but we did have a mess to clean up that was left on our deck, landing, and inside our kitchen window sills from the debris in the sills.
