When I called Bergeron Drain Pro and Well Service after 5 pm, my phone call was returned right away and Derrick came to our home to check the situation. Next day the water line had to be pulled out of the well in order to install a new submersible pump. The project was completed within one day, and we had running water by evening. Every step of the the project was thoroughly discussed with us and the work was performed expeditiously. Client service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company!"

"We were given a complete picture of our basement issues and we relieved that we don't immediately have to do remediation but could deal with the moisture and mold spores by purchasing a more powerful dehumidifier and unit to deal with the spores although we will have to deal with where the water is coming in during heavy rain."
