"I was hesitant at first to book because they came out looked around the yard gave a price verbally and said they could start the next day. There was also no signed contract/agreement which made me a little nervous but Noe and his team proved me wrong in being nervous. Noe and his team were the hardest working team I've ever hired. They worked from 8-6 with only a short lunch break. They did a great job removing and pruning trees and all on the team were friendly and courteous. They did a great job with cleanup and completed everything to what was agreed upon. Noe and his team did a great job overall and I would definitely hire them again."

"They did a great job, and we ended up hiring them for other landscaping works. They always do a great job with fair pricing, show up on time, respond timely, take time to clean up thoroughly after work is done, and are conscientious. We plan to hire them for the next project."

"I had two large trees removed, and a whole lawn cleanup. They were very fast and careful. One of the trees was very close to a neighbor's house, and the removal was very well done."

"He was able to pull his truck into a difficult driveway Cut down all my trees And Take everything away. This investment pays for itself. Raking leaves every year is costly. All that's left to do is to pave it all so that nothing grows out of the ground ever again."

Small jobs welcome

"Aurelio and his team replaced our front porch which was rotted. They came early to start the day's work. The finished project was just what we wanted. The price was reasonable and because Aurelio has a large team, he was able to allocate the appropriate number of resources to get the job done on time. My father also needed his front porch stairs and railings replaced. Aurelio and team started that work the day he quoted. When the team is finished, you wouldn't know they were there-they leave the space clean of any work debris."

"Manolo’s Landscaping arrived early the next morning and did an awesome job cleaning up the leaves in my neglected yard for a very fair price. Manolo and his helper were also very friendly and professional and brought the equipment needed. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a top job at a reasonable price."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

No, you can’t place hazardous waste in a dumpster unless you specifically ordered a dumpster for hazardous waste removal. If the dumpster company finds hazardous waste that it didn’t approve for dumping, the company will return the waste to you, and you’ll likely face a fine for illegal dumping.

No. Standard homeowners insurance does not cover any kind of lead remediation, focusing instead on sudden, unpreventable events like fires and theft. Many insurance companies will specifically exclude lead paint removal, since it tends to be an expensive and unavoidable project. The exception is if the lead surface is damaged during a covered event (like a flood) and homeowners insurance pays its replacement.

Lead toxicity comes from inhaling lead or consuming it. Before the 1980s, when the government banned lead from consumer use, it could be found in paint, plumbing, pipes, ceramics, and even gasoline. Lead paint is toxic for the same reason lead itself is toxic, which is why lead poisoning from paint presents the same as lead poisoning from water or food sources, with a slight increase in respiratory symptoms vs. digestive symptoms. Lead paint is most dangerous when it’s old and peeling, cracking, or otherwise disturbed. This increases the concentration in the air and, therefore, in breathable air.

You can paint over lead paint, or “encapsulate” it with a special paint that includes an ingredient called an encapsulant. The EPA approves encapsulation as a lead paint removal method as long as the paint remains undisturbed. Standard types of paint without an “encapsulant” from the big box stores or hardware stores do not meet EPA standards for remediation of lead-based paint.

Lead removal can take a few days to several weeks, depending on the work needed, particularly if the lead is widespread and in hard-to-reach areas.
