"ESP Flooring did an incredible job leveling my cement floors that were out of level in some areas by up to 2 inches. When finished adding material, the proceeded to grind down the entire floor to make sure it was flat enough for our new vinyl floors. Their quoted price was extremely good and more than fair. "I hired John callazo do put in a vinyl life proof floor over my hardwood. He came and estimated the job within a day or 2 gave me an excellent price. We set up a day for the job. One of his guys Dan put the floor in a half day. Dan was Excellent he did a fantastic job. John called periodically to see how the job was going. I was extremely happy how it looks and the job done. For floating floors, install the cabinets first and then lay the flooring up to them. Other reasons to consider installing cabinets before the flooring include saving money on materials (since you won't need flooring under the cabinets) and avoiding potential damage to your new floor during cabinet installation.
