He took a totally undeveloped area that was basically a forest on a hill and made a nice flat area for us to build on. His attention to detail was amazing. He used the stones he found in the area to build a retaining wall to help create the flat space and even left us an adorable stone bench. This slowed them down a bit, no complaints or price increase just went to work and complete the job. Jose was the lead on the project and keep us informed on the progress.
