"We called during a heat wave on a holiday week when our A/C broke, so we knew it would take a while to get an appointment, especially as first-time customers. They were able to immediately schedule us for just under a week out, and let us know up top about how their services and payments, etc. work. We actually called another provider simultaneously to see if they could come earlier, but they just ended up giving us the runaround for days instead of just saying they were too busy.
