He was attentive to our ideas, and offered his own ideas which we found very helpful. Him and his team were professional, walked me through the process, keeping me in loop every step of the way and really did his best to fulfill our needs and more! He was tentative in answering our questions and acted quickly when we had concerns. His team showed up when promised, worked hard and completed projects in a timely and professional manner. "We recently completed a gut reno and second story addition. After engaging 10 different contractors, MP was the most communicative, interested, flexible and competitively priced. MP has a large in-house team of experts that work efficiently and adapt to the home owner’s needs and preferences. The employees worked 6 days a week and took great pride in their work. They were personally invested in our project and wanted to make it the home of our dreams. The team includes an amazing designer, Nataly, who helped with selecting finishes. The onsite foreman, Adriano, demonstrated expertise and kindness. Seichelle and Marco did an excellent job with operations, ordering materials and problem-solving. "Rob did an outstanding job replacing our windows. We didn't give him much to go on. He had a good idea for what would look good and we are glad we took his advice. It wasn't an easy job to do since there was a good deal rot surrounding the windows and nothing was level to being with. He replaced as much as he could with materials that would not rot and the windows are beautiful."

"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

"Luis is far more than we expected . He has done work for us over 6 months and we found him to be highly reliable (does what he says, when he said it) and is very reasonable in his pricing. He is a pro who leaves the work area cleaner than he found it and does a meticulous job. His skills are many. For us, everything from mounting assist bars in the bathroom to weather stripping the doors to changing lightbulbs, replacing Shower door seals , remounting closet and cabinet doors, and the myriad of other things that happen over ten years of living. His painting work is precise and thorough. I would recommend Luis and his band of associates to do any work up to general contracting, confident in his work."

"The home office turned out great! Brent was very easy to work with and flexible/ open to doing the project in phases with some inspiration but not complete direction. I had an idea of what I wanted but Brent brought it to life. We hired Brent to install a desk from counter top and cabinets we purchased. We later had him come back to build in a bench and build in shelving to complete the project. The shelves and the storage/ filing cabinet within the built in bench add extra storage to our condo which is hard to beat. To say I am happy with the result would be an understatement, I love it!"
