We recently completed a renovation with Yusra Design Build, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We reconfigured two outdated bathrooms and a few closets reconfigured into a stylish powder room, modern guest bath and a wonderful laundry closet. Jamaal, our designer, brought creativity and expertise to the project, ensuring the final design aligned perfectly with our vision. Ahmed, the on-site project manager, kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. The project was completed on time and within budget, which was a major plus. Communication was clear throughout the process, and Yusra Design Build provided excellent software tools that allowed us to align on the design before construction began. We also received a Gantt chart, which helped us track progress and gave us confidence that everything was proceeding as planned. Whenever we had concerns, they were addressed promptly and professionally. The entire process was well-managed, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Jamaal at Yusra design was kind, professional, listened to my ideas, and gave over 100% effort to make my dream a reality. He was in constant communication and answered all of my questions, regardless of how silly they were, and was always mindful of my tight budget. My wife and I recently purchased our first home right before the holidays and contacted Jamaal regarding an open concept floorplan for our main floor. We had two full baths done at the same time while we continued to live in the home. Two high anxiety dogs and needed a temp shower installed for a family of four. This created a lot of challenges that Jamaal and his team handled excellently. On time, on budget. Everyone at the house was very nice, easy to work with. And Jamaal did a great job helping navigate two people with different ideas for the bathrooms. Thank you so much! Great working with you guys.

My husband and I just completed a major renovation and addition (included kitchen, half bath, mudroom, primary suite, deck/exterior) with Yusra Design & Build. We lived at the house through-out the renovation with two young boys and while working from home which could have been a recipe for disaster. However, the entire Yusra team made the process as easy, painless, and stress free as possible. It was the total opposite of every nightmare renovation story you’ve ever heard. The 6 month project finished on time, there was constant communication through-out the process, and every single subcontractor that came into our home was kind, professional, and exceptionally good at their job. We are remodeling our kitchen from the studs up and wanted an architect to design our kitchen to make sure the new appliances, cabinets, flooring, lighting, large window, workstation sink, custom hood all went with each other and fit perfectly. We were referred to YDB by our contractor. Jamaal designed our kitchen. As with any remodeling we changed our mind a few times as we worked our way to a design we liked. Jamaal was patient with us as he went thru a few iterations of re-designing and re-renderings. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, has good ideas, and an eye for chic. YDB fees are also reasonable. We ended up going with a different contractor and the new contractor is very impressed with the precision of the designs YDB did and all the measurements. Our remodeling work started a month ago. I'll post back when the install is complete on how everything came together.
