"From the start of the project of the response, time of less than 15 minutes of receiving a phone call, The tech, Steve Unger, was here within a few hours and was able to get my AC unit temporarily running to get me through the week until we could schedule a replacement. It was much more cost-effective and seems to be doing a tremendous job at cooling my very tough A-frame situation at my condo.
