On the day of the service, Matt Wood and Sean arrived at the scheduled time as promised. Matt explained what they were going to do, how long it would take, and if I had any questions. Matt estimated the job would take approximately 6 hours. It actually only took 4 hours from start to finish and that included cleanup and minor repairs. He looked at the old outlets and wiring, gave me a quote that I thought was reasonable and got to work on the next business day. He replaced the old outlet boxes with larger boxes, he replaced the old BX wiring with Romex (on 2 new circuits) and he replaced the 2-prong outlets with new 3-prong outlets. He finished the job in two days. I was very satisfied with the results."
