"We had such a great experience with NETR. Everyone we met on the day of install were very polite, wore booties and cleaned up their work area so we didn't even know they were in your house working. The quality is beyond our expectations and we are now loving our new system especially on the warm days during unpredictable New England weather. The units are easy to use and we are comfortable within minutes! The process was very easy starting with the customer service representatives we spoke to, Victoria's knowledge and Chip’s expertise, go above and beyond what we were expecting. He kept me updated on what steps were needed in each location (e.g., removing existing track lighting, installing a fan box, extending the wiring, etc.) and worked efficiently. Paul was also kind enough to explain things to me, which I really appreciated. He has been in the field for a long time and is a wealth of knowledge.
