"The whole process was great! Eddie, the owner of Di Carlo Upholstery in Weymouth, is a hard working, honest man who provides great attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship and creative problem solving ideas. It was our 1st time working with Eddie and it was an easy process and a pleasure. Eddie came to meet us, see our couch and bring up some samples after a long day at work. He gave of his time and ideas. There was no rush. Eddie told us 2 weeks to get the couch done and that was exactly when it was finished. He communicated with us throughout that time by text with questions and pictures and by phone calls. The whole process moved along in a timely fashion and was completed on time. Eddie delivered our 2 seat leather couch reupholstered with fabric cushions and a custom designed couch back cover and arm covers. All covers can be flipped over behind the couch thereby hiding the covers while company is there. At other times the covers can be brought back down to cover the back and arms which helps to protect the couch from 2 dogs and 2 cats. It was a creative solution mutually designed and carried out very well. We are very pleased with our "new" leather couch and highly recommended Eddie and DiCarlo Upholstery."
