"We hired Leal Restoration to clean up water damage on three floors of our house. They came early on a Saturday morning, worked all weekend and finished the job on Monday. This included drying out the area, removing debris, and replacing a ceiling. The work was done efficiently and carefully. Leal turned a disaster area into a clean and back to normal living space in 3 days. Amazing!"

"The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. "We worked with G&P over during two separate phases of a yard renovation project upon moving into our home; phase 1 in the fall of 2021 and phase 2 in the spring of 2022. We had roughly 30 trees of various sizes removed, including heavy ground brush to create a back yard & expand the sides of our yard. They brought in a great deal tailings, fine fill, and loam to level out and grade the new yard space. There were half a dozen very large pines / oaks / maples in our front that were also removed, along with overgrown original landscaping. All around the perimeter of the house were overgrown shrubs as well that they removed. We had a small paver patio put in for a space for our grill. There were a few downspouts that we had where we didn't want the water runoff flowing into the yard / mulch beds around the house, so they installed a few drywells and piped directly from the downspout to the wells. G&P not only expand our yard but essentially "reset" it for us. It was a tremendous amount of work, they were always there early in the morning and worked tirelessly to the end of the day. When we had questions or wanted to go over details they would often come out in person that same day to discuss. Overall we're very pleased, the hydroseed is coming in nicely and in a few more weeks we should have a fresh new lawn to enjoy. I wouldn't hesitate with using G&P again, they're practically a one-stop shop for everything you'd need, highly recommend!"
