"Two sides of my house in Chatham are exposed to the sun all day long and the sold stain has shown a lot of cracking after only 4 years. Fernando sanded the two sides of the house down to bare wood and put a primer and finish solid stain on. It is a lot of work and what he charges is reasonable.
