"Very positive experience! On time! Ended work day at 5-5:30PM which I loved Asked if I needed anything. Rolled with the changes I requested to the color choices agreeably, kindly and with understanding. Offered to come back if I found anything I needed changed or fixed. Cleaned up thoughtfully. "The clapboard on my house is the original wood from when the house was built in 1925. So you can imagine the sanding and prep work that needed to go into the project. "Two sides of my house in Chatham are exposed to the sun all day long and the sold stain has shown a lot of cracking after only 4 years. Fernando sanded the two sides of the house down to bare wood and put a primer and finish solid stain on. It is a lot of work and what he charges is reasonable. He is on the job himself everyday and the result came out very nicely. He takes pride in his work and I am glad I found him on line, after checking his references."
