Did not get an itemized receipt so I don't know what the service call and the part breakout was. Still the bill was well over $100 more than I expected, for a 5-minute easy repair. I was going to have them do my next cleaning. After getting the bill, I will thinking I may go elsewhere. Ensure you get an accurate quote before hiring them. I do not believe they give free estimates. Ask before having them come out, you may get a bill just for getting an estimate!"

Cleared the line and showed me a bunch of roots, explained he could use high pressure water to get em out, I called roto rooter two years ago and they didn?t even mention the possibility of that, they told me it would be 14k to dig it. I gave the guy the okay to clear the line out with water, and I can?t believe he got the line looking brand new. Professional, affordable, left the place cleaner than when they came, would 100% recommend them."
