"Tim was hired to clean the gutters at our condominium complex after several companies were interviewed. His method of cleaning the gutters was superior to the way some of the larger companies do it. They just “use a leaf blower and blow the leaves out of the gutters” period! Tim goes up on the roof, cleans the gutters by hand, puts the clean out contents into a barrel and carts it away with him when he leaves. He also runs water from a hose into the cleaned gutters to ensure that everything flows from the gutters to the downspouts without any problems. I couldn’t have been any happier with his work! His references all gave him excellent reviews and they use him every year. I highly recommend Tims Handyman Services for Fall gutters cleanups. "Contacted Mark within 3 days he was at my home and providing a detailed quote. Might seem small but he was the only one out of 4 contractors who actually measured the space to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. He while discussing what I wanted with me made many recommendations and even mentioned ways to get the job done but at a lower cost. He had the estimate to me within 2 days and it was super detailed and broken down with 3 different ways to complete it. He was on time daily as was his crew. Work areas were cleaned daily. He closed up a broken window for us, redid a dirt floor with drainage and concrete, repointed and waterproofed our basement foundation, ripped out and fully replaced basement access stairs. He even noticed a window that was broken we didn’t and closed it up for no charge.
