"Tom is extremely punctual and focused. He responds immediately to phone calls and follows up on loose ends. His employees are diligent and competent. During the project but before the plumbing Project was to start, I encountered a leak in the evening. I called Tom. The plumber showed up in 30 minutes and installed a new valve that solved the problem. The project was to remove a 60 year old ceramic floor, repair the wood subfloor, install cement board, level the floor, install new tile, replace all old plumbing, and install a new vanity.
