"Tom showed up right on time and went right to work. Because the tile was made of clay and was textured the cutting of the fragile tile took care and experience. He did a wonderful job. He arrived the second day and in quick order he grouted the entire backsplash. On both days he left the work area all cleaned up. He is a true pro. He knows his craft. "All and all a satisfactory job for the price. Could have used the proper tools to remove the ceramic tiles & subfloor, excess dust created. When they first came to do the job, didn’t know they were supposed to remove the subfloor. Had to make several calls to company."
