"In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"

I rest my Case with God to be the Judge as I can no longer afford to keep up with the Court hearings unfortunately due to frequent traveling out of state. Working with Sadaat was not worth it, and. I regret doing so. Lesson learned: Make sure you always request a contractual document specifying tasks to be completed and a payment plan with any Contractor here on Home Advisor before you give any Contractor access to your property to do any work for you."
