"Jane and Brandon are outstanding people to work with and truly live up to their company's name. 
We made an appointment with Jane to meet us in our (one bathroom) condo which my sister had lived in for more than 30 years. Jane listened to what we wanted, which turned out to be a full remodel!  She took some measurements, and promised to get back to us in a few days with a plan and cost estimate. We were also concerned about losing the "bathroom functionality" as we had no back-up, but she assured us they could do something to keep us "going" while the renovation was going on.  Thanks to her advice, suggestions, and support, the bathroom was spot on in terms of the timing of the job, and, more importantly, cost. Her suggestions between the bathroom fixtures, cabinetry, paint, tile flooring, and accessories, were perfect for what we were looking for.  She also served as point person with neighbors and such as the work at times impacted other owners. 
Her partner, Brandon, and his team were meticulous in every aspect of the rework, both during and after the renovation.  They were perfectionists ... and this was especially evident in our small bathroom where every detail is so obvious.  Not to mention that he was so polite, respectful, and caring as he came in and out of the condo regularly.

"Amazing. Todd was the fourth carpenter we interviewed, all from Angie's List, and we knew immediately he was the one. Unlike the others, you could tell that he was the kind of guy who does what he says; shows up; and does a quality job. He did all that and more and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Todd did more than the projects he was given - he referred the electrician and plumber who also did a wonderful job and having the three of them know one another helped tremendously - as they would communicate scheduling amongst themselves. Todd was also the point person who was there when the granite was installed and found someone to cut and re-size our existing granite. This was about as seamless a kitchen renovation that one could ever hope for.  Dave listened carefully to the goals we wanted to achieve in our kitchen, and was patient with the design adjustments we wanted to incorporate as we considered each version of the design plans.  One cabinet in particular that was added toward the end of the design process was brilliantly conceived on his part--a cabinet to store large items that looked like a lovely piece of dining room furniture, with exterior shelving and drawers. It is a centerpiece in the kitchen.  Dave was careful to preserve important walk ways in our kitchen so as to not create bottlenecks--an important element in this centrally located kitchen.  His advice on style and color of cabinetry was also highly valued in our desire to achieve a cleaner and brighter look, yet one that was still consistent with our 1931 Colonial.

The Brookhaven cabinets are beautiful and well-made.  While they are pricey, Dave was able to steer us to take advantage of a manufacturer's discount.  The selection of hardware that was available without incurring additional cost was completely adequate, and we took advantage of this option.

Installation of the cabinetry was smooth and timely.  We decided to make a last minute change to the placement of our microwave, which necessitated the order of a new drawer.  This took longer than we had hoped, but understood that this was not a Kitchen Center issue, but rather one of the manufacturer, as each items is custom made.  When the drawer arrived, it was without a front--this added more time. 

Once the cabinetry was installed, irregularities were minimal.  Dave and a service that works with him tended to adjusting hinges, covering screw heads, and painting areas that needed to be smoothed. 

Overall, working with the Kitchen Center exceeded our expectations.  Communication and responsiveness were excellent.  They partnered well with our contractor so that there were no glitches or last minute surprises--almost unheard of for a kitchen renovation.  The quality of the design and workmanship has made for a space that we are loving, and our only regret was that we did no redo our kitchen sooner!

"We now understanding why they have been given the Super Service Award! After getting bids from 6 different painters we decided on using Mulligan Painting & Contractor.  The crew (which I will refer from hereon as a "Team") worked so efficiently together.  I have never seen such a team work so harmoniously together, always checking each others work, seeing something that the other did not.  They had so much respect for one another.  From the first day (Friday), I could tell we made the right decision.  They were so overly cautious of our property, making sure everything was covered and at the end of the day cleaned up, making sure all ladders and drop clothes were put away.  Day 2 they were right on time, never stopping, working the day away.  Now neighbors were stopping over to say how beautiful the house looked.  Once again, they stopped for the day and cleaned up and put away ladders and drop clothes.  Day 3 (which was this Sunday!) came back and repeated being the same wonderful, polite, respectful team.  We are having major renovations to our home and we now do not have to interview for the interior painting, we have found the only painter we will use.  Thank you Gerry and Team.  You were all a pleasure to work with!
