I knew from the moment I meet Jeff and Alex I had hired the write people to do the job. They were thorough from the beginning to end. Everything came out clean and beautiful. I had my roof cleaned and it was not power washing (the only category I could select above), but it was a soft wash process. It is more gentle. The whole process went smoothly and professionally. There was good communication and everything was explained well. Jeff was very friendly and helpful.

Jeff was very responsive. He provided a quote and explanation of his process very quickly. He explained other services he offers but without any pressure whatsoever. He sent a reminder of the date a couple of days ahead of time, called when he was on his way and showed up on time. He was very respectful of the plantings around the house and protected them very well. I recommend him highly.

Jeff was one of the most organized, meticulous, methodical professionals anyone could hire !! Right from the time we received the proposal, we knew from the precise breakdown of each aspect of the job that he knew what it took to get the job done right!!! Each part of the list.., which was very long was done in a precise and methodical manner!! We had our house, gutters, white vinyl fence(huge with lattice),deck, roof , front walk and side patio and finally all our windows! Perfection at its best!!! Could not have asked for more!!!! Willl absolutely call Jeff again !! High Five!!!! Anyone would be blessed to have Jeff do any project needed!! ....

From the moment I contacted south shore soft wash, they were fast and efficient, and very professional. Jeff squeezed us in on a Sunday, so the house could look nice for a party we were having.
