"We acquired a condominium on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house in Arlington. MA. The existing hardwood floors were beyond repair and we wanted to add a 2nd bathroom. In addition we wanted to integrate the existing sun porch into the living room to more than recover the area lost to the new bathroom, and install central A/C. We had estimates from three other contractors before we met with Pedro from Crystal Renovations. His pricing was very competitive relative to the other contractors, but that was mostly due to the others trying to add work that we didn't want or need. Pedro listened to what we wanted and worked with us to accomplish it. From the very beginning of the project until the end Pedro was always responsive and answered, emails, texts, and phone messages in a very timely fashion. He and his crew and subs were a pleasure to work with and any issues that arose were dealt with in a calm and professional manner. Before and during the project Pedro made several design suggestions such as recessed lighting on the sun porch, shower stall light, and new bath layout that definitely improved on our original thoughts. In the end the project came in on time and with a very small increase to the original estimate despite some challenges he and his crew had to work through. The best part, though, is the absolute impeccable quality of the finished product. We highly recommend Pedro and Crystal Renovations and plan to use them again in the near future."

"JT called and asked if he could come earlier than expected, which was perfect for me. He was extremely thorough reviewing our electrical system and the finished product of the work he did (installing a new 220v line for an outdoor hot tub) was clean and efficient. He was a joy to meet and speak to, incredibly nice guy. Price was reasonable for the work. I would 100% recommend JT and Cotti-Johnson again!"

"Don't waste your time with the big overpriced corporate companies. Drain Frog is a ligit company with years of experience. Patrick came very quickly and did a phenomenal job. He was extremely professional and answered all of my concerns. He worked quickly to correct our blockage and we were back up and running in no time. "I hired US ProPaint and Renovation to update our kitchen cabinets. The price was competitive and we established a great report with RJ who is the team leader. The finished job is excellent and all of the staff are professional and friendly and answered all of our questions. RJ has a slogan that states, our job is to make the customer happy and they did. "The tile work was especially good. The tile people were very easy to work with. They were wonderful. He helped us design the shower stall. It was beautiful. Another man did the repair on the wall and the baseboard. Another person painted it and he did a good job. They did a good job. They were professional. They cleaned up the best they could."
