He told me about the types of trees, which branches he would remove, and the exact reason why. He told me about the various options for seeding and composting and the benefits of each. When they actually came to do the work, they went above and beyond. While pruning, they had some extra manpower and asked if I would like all of the hedges and bushes cleaned up at the same time. When they did the lawn, there was some extra compost so they expanded the area that was originally discussed.
