He scoped out the work soon after we called him the first time. We had a little bit of difficulty connecting due to the holiday weekend, but once we did connect, I received excellent service. He provided a reasonable estimate through email. I have some other work outside the house starting this week, and he wasn't sure if he could fit my work in, but he had a free afternoon at the last minute and brought Eduardo with him to do the job.
