"Remarkably well! After my initial phone conversation we set an appt. for the next day. Neil, a pest control expert arrived promptly. Listened to our concerns and proceeded to inspect every inch of the basement, including crawl space(!), each room on the 1st floor and the attic (a place that's difficult to maneuver). Checked perimeter for any points of entry. A lengthy, thorough inspection was completed to our satisfaction! Very impressed with Neil's attentiveness, professionalism and honesty. "He came to pesticide  for carpenter ants and to examine the place and propose rats control treatment. At the end of the day I didn't need the the rats control and no charge was made. However the problem was that the price I was quoted for the rats control was $150 for the first treatment and $45 for each consecutive visit. The gut that came in said it was $350 for the first treatment and $60 thereafter.
This is completely unacceptable and unreliable and it left me really angry for being scammed into it.
Again, it was not needed after all, but still unacceptable.

"Birdasand bird's nest in the vent of our roof. He arrived early , took care of the proble explain it was a two phase removal. he set up a mechanism for the birds to get out out without any going back in . The second part was removal of the nest and spraying for mites and ticks that were left behind. Explanations and the process were efficiently taken care of."
