Technicians who visited monthly were pleasant and professional but ultimately was a giant waste of money for the tech to place out traps/bait stations and stuff some holes with steel wool. Not really sure what the high-end price was for as there was nothing cutting edge or advanced in what they did. Monthly service visits last roughly 15-20 minutes I would say on average. Again all the technicians were pleasant and professional and the folks on the phone were the same they just would not budge on a refund and still charged the cancelation fee. I would look elsewhere unless your home is new enough construction to use the exclusion system which I did not get due the age of my homes foundation."

In addition our property maintenance division is led by a 15 year veteran of the industry who is fully licensed for all your pesticide and fertilization needs. Our construction division is still lead by John Rocharz who is also the President of the company he brings 13 years of Hardscape and Masonry design/build expertise.
