"He came to pesticide  for carpenter ants and to examine the place and propose rats control treatment. At the end of the day I didn't need the the rats control and no charge was made. However the problem was that the price I was quoted for the rats control was $150 for the first treatment and $45 for each consecutive visit. The gut that came in said it was $350 for the first treatment and $60 thereafter.
This is completely unacceptable and unreliable and it left me really angry for being scammed into it.
Again, it was not needed after all, but still unacceptable.

"Very happy with my decision to hire this company. I scheduled an online appointment as soon as I realized that mice droppings were in my house various places and I was in panic mode, I did call on Monday morning confirming the estimate appointment for that same date at 1pm, and was confirmed . The owner came and inspected the house and also detected flying squirrels in the attic, we had used another company and believed the problem was fixed, and as I was pointed out the evidence of current activity. After explaining the process, warranty, availability and the cost, I agreed and on the scheduled day, the company with 3 employees arrived and stayed a half a day, from sealing openings to install one way doors for squirrels exits, and scheduled to comeback after 10 days for a mice traps, and after multiple trips according to activity will remove all one way doors and seal final locations. They do not use any kind of poison and are kind to wildlife, I had Shepard hook poles on the deck with bird feeders, bird food all over the floor, which invites all kinds of animals close to the house, suggested how to feed birds and wildlife at a distance away from the house, as well as firewood storage further away from the house to prevent animals to get close to the home, this was done at the estimate phase, prior to the agreement. "Had a bird's nest under a built in AC unit. They were very careful to relocate the nest(had baby birds) and the parents were not disturbed by the change in location. All "nooks and crannies" were sealed with spray foam. Done in 2015. Birds returned in 2016, but couldn't get in!! Peace and quiet."
