The repair was done well and they cleaned the parts that were removed well. my only issue is that the shingles don't match the rest of the house. the rest of the roof is more blackish gray and the shingles are brownish.
The man who came was very nice and checked all details even though the maintenance person at my condominium building told me to get a repair company in error. He was sympathetic and helpfully explained all that the maintenance guy should be doing.
