"I have owned a central vac system since I purchased my home 13 years ago. I use it weekly, but am a novice when it comes to maintenance because I have not experienced any problems in all this time. When my system suddenly stopped suctioning, Albert spent what I felt was quite a bit of time educating me on not only my system but on central vac systems in general.
