Because their bid was the most competitive and their work exceptional, I have since hired them to do a number of other home projects for me. Their work is impeccable, the crew is outgoing, friendly and respectful of my home, they clean up after themselves, and they go out of their way to ensure satisfaction. Bill (one of the owners) even talked me out of buying an expensive wooden beam for my living room ceiling. Instead, his crew built one for me using antique barn wood. Not only is the beam beautiful, Bill saved me $1.2k as well! I have already referred Perry Brothers to my neighbor who has since hired them to renovate her bathroom. And I am happy to refer them to anyone else looking for a reliable contractor."

Khaled was the right guy for the job because he was flexible as things changed, but also made sure that everything was done to a high quality as well as to code. "I hired All work to remodel my smaller-ish bathroom, and I am very pleased with hiring them. They have an expert for each part of the project. They have a great sales guy who comes out to your home to give you an estimate then they have a project manager who manages the process then they have an electrician, painter, a plumber and demolition guys, we bought half of the stuff and they provided half of the stuff and then they installed the stuff we bought The communication, quality and timeline was great. Took about two weeks. Since they have an expert for each part, itâ s not just one person who is a jack of all trades and Iâ m not saying thatâ s a bad thing because these jack of all trades people I guess Iâ m not an expert I just want thing but anyways Iâ m saying this because this company was also the most expensive out of the other two or three companies, I Communicated with for an estimate such as thousands of dollars more. I believe in you get what you pay for most of the time so long story short I highly recommend this company but if you are budget conscious and only can stay below 10,000 for example for a bathroom remodel , I donâ t think it would be possible but if you are able to spend a little bit more than you can get it done. "It was a pleasure working with Ryan Norman on the extensive interior renovation of our 1895 Andover home, and we are incredibly pleased with the results. Every phase of this project was well organized and managed, starting with the contracting negotiation phase. Ryan patiently worked with us to revise the contract multiple times to include as many details up front as possible, so as to minimize unexpected surprises from both the construction and cost perspective. We found his trade crews took pride in the high quality of their work, a reflection of their attention to detail. We also found Ryan’s costs to be market competitive, and the few unexpected expenses were discussed in advance and transparently explained. We realized various value-add modifications during the process and Ryan gamely and easily made the improvements. As homeowners, we were very picky about the final, high-end finish for this kitchen and bath remodeling; and, so, we approached Ryan already having selected a granite fabricator and cabinetry supplier. Work included: chimney removal; kitchen and bath demolition to the studs; hardwood floor removal, subfloor modifications and hardwood floor installation; significant carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering, tiling and painting; re-framing and installation of windows and doors; and installation of high end built-in appliances and custom cabinetry with crown and other trim details. All inspections easily passed, and we have great confidence in the construction and will enjoy our beautiful new kitchen and bath for years to come!
