They moved planks in the ceiling so the overhead lighting would work.  The lights in the kitchen are beautifully placed, and the ceiling plaster was done in a way that you would never know the change.  I was impressed again and again with the professionalism. When the plastering on the wall did not come out as intended, they took full responsibility, and repainted the entire hallway without any extra expense.  Jane puts together a very reasonable budget and schedule, and then communicates extremely well throughout the process.  The workmen are very neat and tidy.
