Before installing the lights, he went through a few specifics of how the process would work, specific to my home, where there was a central air duct to potentially contend with close to a spot where I wanted one of the lights and we discussed the approach so I knew what to expect in advance. He was careful and conscientious about my protecting my new floors, before beginning work, he carefully planned out the lights, carefully installed them by himself quickly but without rushing, and then helped me plan out other phases of the electrical work for project. Phenomenal experience, and a really hardworking guy. Showed up when he said he would and I look forward to moving the rest of the kitchen project along so I can reach back out to Brandon soon for the next phase of the project. It starts with salesmen Jayron Diaz who submitted the job estimate to upgrade an electric panel to code. There was no surprise costs. Jayron was very professional and honest about the work. On the day of the service, Matt Wood and Sean arrived at the scheduled time as promised. Matt explained what they were going to do, how long it would take, and if I had any questions. Matt estimated the job would take approximately 6 hours. It actually only took 4 hours from start to finish and that included cleanup and minor repairs.
