Sam's prices are VERY competitive and a great value for the quality of work performed. Over the course of two days, Sam was able to remove all the old mortar and caulking, clean the stairs, and replace the mortar with new cement. "Lermon did excellent work. They worked very hard and diligently to dig down to the basement floor level on the outside, then repointed, applied appropriate mortar and water sealing layers. They then installed a french drain to divert the water from the hill behind the house to pass the house and flow into the front yard. They then repointed the inside walls and added a layer of paint that will also help lower the humidity. Communication was very good. This is the 2nd time I hired them and I would strongly recommend them."
