"We have a Sunsetter motorized retractable awning. I opened it on Saturday morning and it was broken. Wouldn’t fully expand, excess fabric hanging, etc. After a Google search, I found Sondrini. He responded immediately and had someone to my house within a couple of hours who able to safely secure the awning. Turns out we needed a new motor and we had one by that Friday. Hadid offer to come and pick it up after I called him to complain. This worker should be fired. I don't know if Al told him to do it or not. But that did disappoint me."
