"My husband and I initially hired Alex to power wash then stain our deck. Since my husband at a young student, painted homes, he was aware of Alex’ meticulous work. The short answer is yes, a sagging plaster ceiling is dangerous. Sagging plaster on a wall is something you should fix immediately, but it isn’t a major concern.
