Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. "I had purchased 2 hours of electrical work. Since they sent two men, it meant an hour of two people.  I had some additional work done and paid for the extra time.  The biggest task was putting a new light in the living room ceiling: it required drilling holes in the bracket from which the light hangs.  The other work was much smaller, chiefly replacing outlets.  I honestly don't remember all the details.  The did install an extra outlet in my basement and remove wiring from a now-removed hot-water heater.  They were perfectly good and competent, but I'd rather use someone closer to my house: they're at least an hour away.
